Selection and Placement Process

Our purpose during the hiring process is to select individuals who have the values that we believe in as an organization and have the main qualifications that a Yıldız holding employee should have and the specially sought operational skills of the work families; and to create positions that are suitable for them. As in the other human resources applications, our selection and placement process is conducted in integrations with the ERP systems.
